With Essential Oils - it’s important to know that LESS IS MORE! Small amounts used more frequently is most effective Adults- 2-4 drops at a time, Children – 1-2 drops and for smaller children or those with sensitive skin, dilute with 1 teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil and for Minor Issues: sometimes just once is enough but if it wears off, simply use again (not uncommon for people to use a couple of drops every 2-3 hours until no longer needed). For severe or Chronic Problems – best results obtained by using several oils at a time 2-4x daily.
