Natural Wellness Girl strives to be an open resource where users are free to share their experiences, skills and knowledge of various natural wellness topics with the rest of the community. Anyone can contribute and there are multiple means of doing so, all it takes is a little time and effort.

There are several ways to contribute, most of which take only minutes to do:

Writers of any skill level are encouraged to contribute articles – feel free to express your creativity and share your knowledge with the rest of the world. All posts will be screened prior to posting and while we encourage you to come up with your own topic, we can suggest ideas as well. Requirements for articles are as follows:
- Minimum words: 400
- A 400px by 300px image for the homepage (will be resized)
- An image for the post thumbnail, at least 200px by 200px
- Fit into the article categories on the top menubar
- Must be unique content not displayed elsewhere on the internet
Benefits of Contributing
Contributing can be a rewarding experience, with the minimal benefit being exposure for the author and their work. All posts include information about the author, including links to their websites. Currently, we can not offer monetary compensation for writers, however this will change (hopefully) as the community grows.
